Rachel started her journey with yoga in 2011 when in college trying to find the balance between a full school and work schedule she enrolled in a course learning the basics of yoga. She loved learning about the anatomy and alignment of poses so much so that she enrolled in the level II course the following semester. Being an athlete and always participating in team sports yoga gave her a sense of community as she entered a new chapter in her life. After college she continued to seek out yoga wherever she went and practicing with several inspiring teachers, which sparked her interest in teaching. After a move in 2019 she found SOL Hot Yoga Studio. Having never tried Hot Yoga she was hooked after the first class and really noticed the positive benefits it brought to her on and off the mat. To continue her journey with yoga and deepen her practice she completed her RYT- 200hr certification with SOL in 2021 and immediately began teaching. She loves sharing the practice with everyone she can and encouraging friends and family to join.
