This sequence is specifically designed with empathy in mind!  If you've never tried yoga, or have friends who are curious about your “yoga addiction” but afraid to try, this is the perfect place to start!

It's a yoga practice, not yoga perfect.

Committing to a practice will help you see increased strength, balance, flexibility & a sense of well-being. Our Hatha Yoga sequence will help you build a solid foundation. Remember that every body is different, and every day brings a new opportunity to explore.


Vinyasa  is a flowing, dynamic methodical sequence of poses. Sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow," this class involves synchronizing the breath with the movement.  Continuously flowing from posture-to-posture improves your cardio as well as your awareness of the mind-body connection.

Cardio is an important part of any fitness routine. The continuous sequence of Vinyasa  is great for getting your heart rate going, putting positive stress on the heart to strengthen the efficiency and performance.  Down Dog is the resting pose in the Flow sequence, and serves as a transition into other, more challenging poses.  And, add the element of a heated room and you have a great class to work up a sweat and burn away those extra pounds.

Candlelight Vinyasa

These are special classes to connect on a deeper level. The room is lit with candles and music selected to evoke a deeper sense of feeling and grace, allowing for a more intuitive experience. This is designed to nourish the body, mind, and spirit through a deeper connection inspired by sensual flowing movements. This is the class to turn down the volume in your head and tune into a soulful journey. Honor the light in you with a mindful & restorative candlelit class as a beautiful way to unwind & transform your day, your week, your life!

Meditation Workshop

We offer 1-hour private sessions & 5-week workshop series.  The 1-hour sessions include an explanation of meditation, Breathwork, & introduction to a variety of techniques.  The session concludes with a 15-minute guided meditation.

The 5-week workshops are a journey!  This is a self-paced opportunity to explore a wide variety of techniques, from the simple to the complex.  These are scheduled around the Spring & Autumn Equinox. Stay tuned for the next round, or schedule a 1-on-1 Private session today!

Sound Bath

This is a 1-hour immersion in the soothing tones of tuned crystal singing bowls.  The room is NOT hot.  Guests are invited to bring a bolster or pillow & maybe a blanket.

Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound. Sound Bath includes six sensory meditations designed to bring you to a state of deep relaxation and vibrational harmony. Inspired by ancient techniques, sound baths awaken your senses through crystal singing bowls, each one tuned to a specific chakra to clear your energy channels for full-body healing. Whether you need relief from anxiety or just a dose of calm. Prepare to leave the session refreshed, radiant, and glowing from the inside out. Come and align your mind, body, and spirit.

Yin Yoga

This is a 1-hour class enabling fascia release and access to the deeper connective tissues, muscles, tendons, and ligaments.  At this time, our Yin classes are NOT hot, but the room will be warm enough you might not need a blanket.  Guests are invited to bring their own props ~ yoga straps, blocks, bolsters, and pillows.  The class is comprised of around 10 postures.  Each posture will be thoughtfully explained & time provided to fully experience the depths of the posture.

Essential Yin is a gentle, grounded practice to create the space to heal your joints and connective tissue. Recharge your life & untie the 'nots'.
