These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of the United States and the State of Indiana and you and we agree to use the Indiana courts should any dispute arise.

Right to Cancel a Class Sign-up.
You may cancel your class up to 15 minutes before the class begins. If you have a Class Pass (10-, 20-, 50-Class or Drop In) and sign-up on online, you will be charged for the class if your cancellation is made within less than 15 minutes of the class.
Example 1: You have a 10-class pass with only 1 class remaining, and you sign up online for a class that begins at 12 o’clock. Your boss decides to have a “working lunch”, and you can’t make it to the class. If you cancel at 11:45, you will not be charged for the class. If you cancel at 11:46, you will be charged for the class.
Example 2: You decide to check us out, and buy a “Drop In” pass online. You sign up for that 9am class on Saturday morning that you’ve heard about all week from your co-workers. BUT, your kid wakes up with a fever. You go online and cancel at 8:45 so that you can take care of your sick child. No worries. You’ll have 8 days to use the “Drop In” pass you bought. So, while you’re online canceling for today, go ahead and reserve your spot for next Saturday! Then, focus on taking care of that fever. 🙂S
Purchase Policy.
Prices throughout the website are quoted in U.S. dollars, and payment can only be accepted in U. S. Dollars. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.
Your payment card will be debited for your order at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order with Sol Hot Yoga Studio Co. through the website, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Sol Hot Yoga Studio Co. will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact Sol Hot Yoga Studio Co. directly to resolve the issue or obtain a refund pursuant to the product guarantee.
Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, eg: half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent (or links to online products) until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

- You have canceled your order

Each product sold by Sol Hot Yoga Studio Co. is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact us for return of the payment price.
