"We are, you see, vessels; we hold something inside us which is bigger and much more beautiful than us, as individuals. Ultimately, every teacher contains the knowledge of all the teachers before them. All the power of healing, all the power of generation upon generation of people who struggled to learn, and then learned, and then granted that great gift onto the next generation. So it would live ~ so they could live ~ all that power is released in you. And then, you see, the healing will happen. The yoga will work."

Aging With Grace.
Often we use the expression “Saying Grace” to describe mindful prayer.
Let’s enjoy this opportunity to offer Grace in this moment.
First, acknowledge the undeserved favor, that is Grace in our lives. We can be mindful of our inter-being; recognizing the contributions from all the people, the plants, the animals, the sun, the earth, the water that has given a part of themselves to deliver this meal. Truly, the entire Universe has conspired to create this moment in harmony. Uni-Verse = One Song; and, we can practice mindfulness with a "mind full of less." Empty out the distractions, quiet the ego, and simply show up for the Grace that sings in our lives.
With that mindfulness, May we be worthy of the sacrifices that have conspired to deliver us into this moment. Every choice, every mile travelled, every breath, each act that has endeavored to meet us here; we're exactly where we need to be. Open your heart to receive.
With that humility, May we be nourished and strengthened by all that is delivered here.
With that nourishment, May we be transformed in such a way as to glorify the miracle of what is possible; here, now, in this moment.
Finally, in this moment of divine transformation, May we accept only what we need, and realize that what we have is more than enough.
The meaning of Grace. We are grateful that is has been shared with us, and that we may share it with you. May it bring us into harmony; sharing one breath, one song, one sound of peace, one sound of Om together.
Inhale ~ breathing in the Grace
Exhale ~ letting go of waste.
