Join Matt & Sky for a 7 night & 8 day retreat designed to inspire a long & happy life!
Enjoy daily yoga, meditation, and workshops designed to unlock the doors to longevity: CONNECT, FUEL, and RELEASE. Drawing on ancient yogic wisdom; we will press pause on the constant spin cycle, and immerse ourselves in the practice of cultivating mindfulness, authenticity, and service.
All classes & workshops are included. Your reservation also includes 3 meals/day prepared with an intention of promoting health & wellness; a ceremonial rite of initiation to the sacred sound of Om; and, a series of workshops to help you manifest your intention.
For additional fees, all are invited to enjoy the rejuvenating spa amenities at the resort, and daily opportunities for adventures & excursions. We have planned a few hours in each day for us to relax & enjoy Pura Vida (pure life, the Costa Rican mantra) in many different ways; from Horseback rides on the beach, Hiking to magical waterfalls, and luxurious spa treatments. Each day brings a new opportunities to draw closer to stillness, peace, and genuine happiness.
What to Expect
An immersive experience that will elevate your quality of life. There really is nothing comparable to the bliss when we are surrounded by positive people & healthy energy.
- Each day begins with Noble Silence and guided meditation.
- Followed by a scrumptious breakfast.
- Then, a Vinyasa class to energize for the day.
- There will be a break after the morning class, through lunch, and a few hours in the afternoon to enjoy the spa, pool, walk to the beach, or take an excursion.
- In mid-afternoon, we will enjoy a slow & restorative yoga class.
- Then, dinner and the rest of the evening is free to explore, rest, and enjoy!
Located at the luxurious Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica, this destination alone is well worth the trip. Nosara is one of the world's five "Blue Zones" marked by a density of centenarians. We'll learn what keeps us connected & fueled, and how to decompress for a happier & healthier life. This is the ideal location to immerse yourself in good energy, healthy food, positive people, mindful meditation, and amazing yoga!
The Venue
Bodhi Tree is a resort designed specifically for yoga & meditation. Wake to the soothing sound of the wind, meditate beside gentle streams, and enjoy evenings serenaded by the jungle symphony. Blending seamlessly into the natural landscape, the grounds are designed to inspire a feeling of connection with nature.

Pristine beaches and spectacular sunsets are just a short walk away. Enjoy the afternoon sun, take a surf lesson, or horseback rides on the beach. Nosara is also home to a turtle sanctuary. While we can't predict when they will be nesting, if they do arrive during the retreat, we can make special arrangements to visit with care.
Each room includes unique Balinese-style furnishings, Egyptian cotton bedding, free Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. Bungalows include private, open-air showers and outdoor seating areas.
The Bodhi Tree meals are served buffet-style at Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. All meals will feature fresh, local ingredients; focused mostly on plant-based and anti-inflammatory. But, as you can see, they offer an excellent menu for carnivores too!
